
Low Carb/Low Calorie Chili
Low in carbs & calories but not low in flavor! My husband loves beans in his chili. I do not. When I make this, I prepare it as directed. I then scoop out a portion for myself and then add in beans and corn for my family. We all love it.
Ingredients
Method
- In a Dutch oven or pot over medium heat, sauté the onions and garlic in avocado oil for 2-3 minutes.
- Add in the ground beef and scramble until cooked through. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in the chili seasoning, curry powder, cocoa powder, tomatoes and tomato sauce.
- Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
