Pickle Salsa

Pickles meet pico de gallo! This is a delicious dip that would be perfect for a party, super bowl or just to snack on!
Servings: 2.5 cups
Course: Appetizer, Snack

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium tomato
  • 2 whole pickles
  • 1/4 yellow onion
  • 1/2 seedless cucumber
  • 1 jalapeno
  • 1/4 cup pickle juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin

Method
 

  1. Use a veggie chopper or knife to finely dice all of the veggies/fruit.
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
