My keto approved Thousand Island dressing tastes like the real deal without the guilt.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp powdered monkfruit sweetener
  • 1 Tbsp dill relish
  • 1 Tbsp no sugar added ketchup
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  • Mix all of the ingredients together until smooth.
  • Store in a container or jar in the refrigerator.

*This recipe has 1g of sugar alcohol in it bringing the net carbs per serving down to 0.2g
