Ingredients

• 1 onion, sliced or diced

• 2 Tbsp butter

• dash of salt

• 1 & 1/4 cup sour cream

• 1/4 cup mayo

• 1 tsp liquid aminos or soy sauce

• 1/4 tsp salt

• 1/4 tsp black pepper

• 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Step 1: Prepare

• Slice the Onions.

• Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-low heat and add in the onions and dash of salt.

• Sauté for 30 minutes, stirring often.

Step 2: Blend

•Add the onions and remaining ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. *If you want, you can leave some of the onions out and add them in after it’s blended. This will give it some texture.

Step 3: Serve

•Enjoy with chips or veggies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 onion sliced or diced

  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Slice the onion.
