Apple Raisin Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 12.5 oz canned chicken breast in water, drained *7 oz drained
  • 1/4 cup Duke's Light Mayo
  • 1 green onion sliced
  • 1 small celery stalk diced
  • dash salt
  • dash pepper
  • 1 Tbsp golden raisins
  • 1 small apple sliced into rounds

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add in the drained chicken, mayo, green onion, salt, pepper and raisins.
    12.5 oz canned chicken breast in water, drained, 1/4 cup Duke's Light Mayo, dash salt, dash pepper, 1 Tbsp golden raisins, 1 small celery stalk
  • Stir to combine.
  • Slice a small apple into rounds. *You should be able to get 6 or 7 rounds
  • Add some of the chicken salad to the top of each apple round and enjoy!
