Cottage Cheese Flatbread

This is a staple low carb recipe in my home! I use this flatbread for so many things - wraps, lasagna, manicotti & pizza to name a few.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup 2% low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 Tbsp parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Blend all of the ingredients until smooth.
  3. Spread the mixture out into a rectangular shape on a piece of parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges start to brown slightly.
  5. Let it cool for a few minutes before removing it from the parchment paper.

Notes

*You can spray the parchment paper with cooking spray if you'd like. I personally do not because I have found that if I just wait a few minutes for it to cool, it comes right off the paper easily.
