Spread the mixture out into a rectangular shape on a piece of parchment paper.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges start to brown slightly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before removing it from the parchment paper.

*You can spray the parchment paper with cooking spray if you'd like. I personally do not because I have found that if I just wait a few minutes for it to cool, it comes right off the paper easily.*Nutrition facts are gathered by scanning food labels and using online calculators.
