Ingredients
2
cups
all purpose flour
3
egg yolks
1
whole egg
5
Tbsp
water
1
tsp
salt
1
cabbage
14
oz
kielbasa or smoked sausage
salt
pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
Instructions
Using a bowl or a clean work surface, make a pile with the flour and then create a hole in the center.
Add the salt to the flour and then add the whole egg and 3 egg yolks to the center.
Use your hands to mix it all together until combined.
Add one tablespoon of water at a time and keep mixing until a dough forms.
Knead for 5 minutes or until you can make an indent in the dough using your thumb and it bounces right back.
Use a rolling pin to roll it thin.
Cut into strips.
Boil in salted water for 3 minutes and then drain and set aside.
Wash the cabbage and cut into small pieces.
Slice the kielbasa into coins.
Preheat your griddle or skillet over medium heat and add 1 Tbsp of avocado oil.
Begin cooking the cabbage over medium heat with 3 Tbsp of butter.
Add the kielbasa coins to the griddle/skillet.
Season everything with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder to taste.
Add a squirt of water to the cabbage and cover with a dome/lid to steam quickly.
Once the kielbasa is charred to your liking and the cabbage is tender, add the noodles and mix everything together.
Top with freshly grated parmesan cheese and enjoy!
Notes
*To make this lower in carbs, leave out the noodles. It is still just as delicious!
