Method
- Place the peanuts in a food processor or blender.2 cups unsalted, roasted peanuts
- Blend until creamy, stirring a few times in between. *This could take anywhere from 2-10 minutes depending on your processor.
- Stir in the salt and honey if desired.1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp honey
- Pour into a mason jar and seal with a lid. Store in the refrigerator.
