Homemade Peanut Butter

Pure peanut bliss - 3 ingredients, zero guilt.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups unsalted, roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp honey *optional

Method
 

  1. Place the peanuts in a food processor or blender.
    2 cups unsalted, roasted peanuts
  2. Blend until creamy, stirring a few times in between. *This could take anywhere from 2-10 minutes depending on your processor.
  3. Stir in the salt and honey if desired.
    1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp honey
  4. Pour into a mason jar and seal with a lid. Store in the refrigerator.
