Poolside Dip

This is my kids' favorite dip that I make! Even Derek loves it and asked me to make it for the super bowl. It's super easy and a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 10 oz diced tomatoes with green chilies drained well
  • 2 Tbsp Kristy's Homemade Taco Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp Kristy's Homemade Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 cup colby jack cheese shredded
  • 11 oz Summer Crisp Mexican Style Corn drained *optional and will add more carbs/calories than what is listed below.

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
