Chocolate Peanut Butter Hearts

This is a healthier version of the beloved Reese's Peanut Butter Hearts. My husband loved these so much he said I should sell them!

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup sugar free milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered monkfruit sweetener
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp golden monkfruit sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp ChocZero strawberry baking chips *optional

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Add the butter and peanut butter into a bowl and microwave for 1 minute.
  2. Stir in the golden monkfruit sweetener, powdered monkfruit sweetener and vanilla.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second intervals at 50% power.
  4. Immediately brush about ¾ of the melted chocolate into the silicone heart molds by using a pastry brush. Freeze for 2 min.
  5. Fill each heart mold with the peanut butter mixture. Freeze for 20 min.
  6. Top each one with the remaining melted chocolate. If desired, melt the strawberry baking chips and drizzle that on top. Freeze until solid.
