
Chocolate Peanut Butter Hearts
This is a healthier version of the beloved Reese's Peanut Butter Hearts. My husband loved these so much he said I should sell them!

Method
- Add the butter and peanut butter into a bowl and microwave for 1 minute.
- Stir in the golden monkfruit sweetener, powdered monkfruit sweetener and vanilla.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second intervals at 50% power.
- Immediately brush about ¾ of the melted chocolate into the silicone heart molds by using a pastry brush. Freeze for 2 min.
- Fill each heart mold with the peanut butter mixture. Freeze for 20 min.
- Top each one with the remaining melted chocolate. If desired, melt the strawberry baking chips and drizzle that on top. Freeze until solid.
