
White Chocolate Peanut Butter Clusters
Low carb, low sugar heaven! Just 3 ingredients – white chocolate, peanuts and peanut butter. I like to keep these in my freezer and snack on one when my sweet tooth hits.

Method
- Melt half of the white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Do this in 30 second intervals at 50% power until melted.
- Stir in the peanut butter and peanuts until combined.
- Spoon the mixture into 15 circular shapes onto a piece of parchment paper.
- Melt the remaining white chocolate chips and then drizzle over each cluster.
- Place in the fridge or freezer to harden.
