Homemade Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsalted, roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp honey *optional

Instructions

  • Place the peanuts in a food processor or blender.
    2 cups unsalted, roasted peanuts
  • Blend until creamy, stirring a few times in between. *This could take anywhere from 2-10 minutes depending on your processor.
  • Stir in the salt and honey if desired.
    1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp honey
  • Pour into a mason jar and seal with a lid. Store in the refrigerator.

Notes

*It should stay good in the fridge for up to 1 month. Watch for spoilage – rancid smell, mold or weird taste.
