Method
- Preheat smoker to 400 or air fryer to 375 degrees F.
- Mix together the brown monkfruit sweetener, crushed red pepper flakes and black pepper in a bowl.1/3 cup brown monkfruit sweetener, 1 Tbsp crushed red pepper flakes, 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Coat each piece of bacon in the mixture.1 lb bacon
- Twist the bacon and place it on a cooking rack.
- Smoke for 45 minutes OR air fry for 5-6 minutes or until the bacon has reached your desired crispness.
