Sweet & Spicy Bacon Twists

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1/3 cup brown monkfruit sweetener
  • 1 Tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat smoker to 400 or air fryer to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix together the brown monkfruit sweetener, crushed red pepper flakes and black pepper in a bowl.
    1/3 cup brown monkfruit sweetener, 1 Tbsp crushed red pepper flakes, 1/2 tsp black pepper
  3. Coat each piece of bacon in the mixture.
    1 lb bacon
  4. Twist the bacon and place it on a cooking rack.
  5. Smoke for 45 minutes OR air fry for 5-6 minutes or until the bacon has reached your desired crispness.
