Chopped Italian Cottage Cheese Flatbread Wrap

Low carb cottage cheese flatbread loaded with classic Italian sub flavors: salami, ham, pepperoni, provolone, tomato, oil & vinegar. High protein & guilt free.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cottage Cheese Flatbread
  • 1/3 cup lettuce
  • 1 slice sandwich pepperoni
  • 1 slice hard salami
  • 1/2 slice off the bone ham
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 1/2 tsp avocado oil
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash black pepper

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Cottage Cheese Flatbread as directed.

  2. When the flatbread is just about finished, begin making the filling by laying the lettuce, meats and tomato on a cutting board and chopping it up into small pieces.
    1/3 cup lettuce, 1 slice sandwich pepperoni, 1 slice hard salami, 1/2 slice off the bone ham, 1 slice tomato
  3. Add on the oil, vinegar and seasonings and stir to combine.
    1/2 tsp avocado oil, 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 dash salt, 1 dash black pepper
  4. Remove the flatbread from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  5. Add the meat mixture to half of the wrap and then roll it up gently.
  6. Cut in half and enjoy!
