Place the chicken thighs skin side up in an oiled cast iron skillet.
Spray them with avocado oil spray and then season them with all of the seasonings.
Flip them over and season the other side with all of the seasonings.
Bake for 45 minutes, flip over and then bake for another 45 minutes.
