Crispy, Juicy Chicken Thighs

This is a super simple meal that is absolutely delicious. The chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Equipment

  • Cast Iron Skillet

Ingredients

  • 8 bone-in, skin on chicken thighs
  • avocado oil spray
  • salt
  • pepper
  • onion powder
  • garlic powder
  • paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees,
  • Place the chicken thighs skin side up in an oiled cast iron skillet.
  • Spray them with avocado oil spray and then season them with all of the seasonings.
  • Flip them over and season the other side with all of the seasonings.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, flip over and then bake for another 45 minutes.
