
Crispy, Juicy Chicken Thighs
This is a super simple meal that is absolutely delicious. The chicken is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

- Cast Iron Skillet
Ingredients
- 8 bone-in, skin on chicken thighs
- avocado oil spray
- salt
- pepper
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees,
- Place the chicken thighs skin side up in an oiled cast iron skillet.
- Spray them with avocado oil spray and then season them with all of the seasonings.
- Flip them over and season the other side with all of the seasonings.
- Bake for 45 minutes, flip over and then bake for another 45 minutes.
