Ingredients
1low carb tortilla *I like Hero Tortillas
1.25ozGilbert's chicken sausagesliced
1/4cupshredded colby jack cheese
3Tbspliquid egg whites
2Tbsp2% cottage cheese
1large egg
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Grease a 7" round aluminum pan with avocado oil spray.

Place the tortilla in the pan and press down in the center.

Crack the egg into the tortilla and then add in the egg whites, cottage cheese, salt and pepper. Stir to combine.
3 Tbsp liquid egg whites, 2 Tbsp 2% cottage cheese, 1 large egg, salt to taste, pepper to taste
Sprinkle on the shredded cheese and then add on the sliced sausage or whatever toppings you'd like.
1/4 cup shredded colby jack cheese, 1.25 oz Gilbert's chicken sausage
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the center is no longer jiggly.
Let cool for a couple of minutes before cutting into fourths. Enjoy!
