Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1 1/4 cups freshly shredded parmesan cheese divided
  • 1/3 cup Duke's light mayo
  • 1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp ranch seasoning
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • Cut the chicken breasts in half and place them in a greased baking dish.

  • Season them with salt and pepper.

  • In a bowl, mix together the mayo, yogurt, ranch seasoning and 1 cup of the parmesan cheese.
    1/3 cup Duke's light mayo, 1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt, 2 Tbsp ranch seasoning, 1 1/4 cups freshly shredded parmesan cheese
  • Spread the cream mixture over all of the chicken and then sprinkle on the remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until it has reached an internal temperature of 165 F.
