Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts
- 1 1/4 cups freshly shredded parmesan cheese divided
- 1/3 cup Duke's light mayo
- 1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp ranch seasoning
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Cut the chicken breasts in half and place them in a greased baking dish.2 large chicken breasts

- In a bowl, mix together the mayo, yogurt, ranch seasoning and 1 cup of the parmesan cheese.1/3 cup Duke's light mayo, 1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt, 2 Tbsp ranch seasoning, 1 1/4 cups freshly shredded parmesan cheese
- Spread the cream mixture over all of the chicken and then sprinkle on the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until it has reached an internal temperature of 165 F.
