Ingredients
6 slices of bacon
4 large thin sliced chicken breasts
1 & 1/4 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup mayo
2 Tbsp Kristy’s Homemade Ranch Dressing
2 green onions, sliced

Directions
1. Place the bacon on a parchment lined baking sheet and put it in the cold oven. Turn oven to 400 degrees F and cook the bacon for 15 minutes or until cooked through.


2. Remove bacon from the oven and lower the heat to 375 F.
3. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayo, ranch dressing, 1 cup of Colby Jack cheese, green onions (save the green pieces for garnishing after cooking) and the bacon (crumbled.)


4. Place the chicken in a greased 9×13” baking dish and then spread the cream cheese mixture over top.


5. Top with remaining cheese and back for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken as reached an internal temperature of 165. Broil for a couple minutes to get it nice and browned on top if desired.


6. Garnish with chives.
