Zero Carb Chips
These crispy, crunchy chips need only 2 ingredients and 15 minutes of your time! Perfect for scooping salsa at a Mexican restaurant without the carb load of tortilla chips.
Why You’ll Love This
•Only 2 ingredients and 15 minutes of your time!
•Great for low carb/keto diets.
•Crunchy, delicious and guilt free.

Tips
- Do not add too much egg white liquid or else the chips will be soggy.
- Do not overcook them. Keep an eye on them and once they start to brown, take them out.
- If you use anything other than a silicone muffin pan, you will need to grease it. Otherwise, the chips will stick to the pan horribly. Trust me…I know.
Ingredients
- 12 tsp liquid egg whites
- 1 Tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Pour 1 tsp of egg whites into each cup of a silicone muffin pan. *If you’re not using silicone, be sure to grease your pan well.
- Sprinkle the parmesan cheese onto each one.
- Bake for about 13 minutes or until they are slightly browned and crispy.
