Cheesy Ranch Pickle Chips

Ingredients

  • 12 dill pickle chips
  • 1 1/2 cups freshly shredded colby jack cheese
  • ranch seasoning

Directions

  1. Drain the pickles on a paper towel.

2. Place some freshly shredded cheese in each circle of a muffin top pan.

3. Add a pickle to each one.

4. Sprinkle on some ranch seasoning.

5. Top with more cheese.

6. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.

7. Let them cool for a couple of minutes to crisp up before removing them from the pan.

Ingredients

  • 12 dill pickle chips
  • 1 1/2 cups freshly shredded colby jack cheese
  • ranch seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Drain the pickle chips on a paper towel.
  • Place half of the freshly shredded cheese in each circle of a muffin top pan.
  • Add a pickle to each one.
  • Sprinkle some ranch seasoning on each pickle.
  • Top with the remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Let cool before removing them with a spatula.
