
Bacon Wrapped Onion Rings
Here's a delicious, low carb way to enjoy onion rings! I have included directions for cooking these in an air fryer, oven or smoker.

Ingredients
- 1 large onion *not all of the onion will be used
- 10 slices of bacon
Instructions
- Cut two slices 1/4" thick from the onion and then carefully take the rings apart. This should leave you with 10 rings.
- Wrap each ring with a slice of bacon.
- Air Fry at 375 F for 15 minutes
- Bake at 425 F for 20-22 minutes
- Smoke at 250 F for 1.5-2 hours or until the bacon is crispy.
