Zero Carb Chips

These crispy, crunchy chips need only 2 ingredients and 15 minutes of your time! Perfect for scooping salsa at a Mexican restaurant without the carb load of tortilla chips.

Why You’ll Love This

•Only 2 ingredients and 15 minutes of your time!

•Great for low carb/keto diets.

•Crunchy, delicious and guilt free.

I would make these when going out to a Mexican restaurant so I could enjoy the salsa without all the extra carbs from the tortilla chips.

Tips

  • Do not add too much egg white liquid or else the chips will be soggy.
  • Do not overcook them. Keep an eye on them and once they start to brown, take them out.
  • If you use anything other than a silicone muffin pan, you will need to grease it. Otherwise, the chips will stick to the pan horribly. Trust me…I know.

Ingredients

  • 12 tsp liquid egg whites
  • 1 Tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese
I like to use a carton of egg whites when making these.

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Pour 1 tsp of egg whites into each cup of a silicone muffin pan. *If you’re not using silicone, be sure to grease your pan well.
  • Sprinkle the parmesan cheese onto each one.
  • Bake for about 13 minutes or until they are slightly browned and crispy.
